The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to the Kozyatagi Metro station and conveniently surrounded by markets and shops. The rooms are comfortable, but the economic option is extremely small and had some maintenance issues initially. The dining options are limited, and the service was a mix of rudeness and issues with staff behavior, such as persistently knocking on the door early in the morning.

The hotel in Istanbul was a wonderful stay with big, very good, and large beds in spacious rooms, although my first room was really, really extremely small that I had to change it immediately.
